In about 8 hours, my Spring semester of 2007 will be starting. I haven't been to class in almost 9 months, so I'm not sure how long it will take me to get into the swing of things. It feels so weird.

American Idol was painful tonight. And did anyone see the scenes from tomorrow's Seattle auditions? Goodnight, looked like a friggin' circus.

As of Saturday, I have myself a pretty little fiance now. Her name is Christy, and I will be marrying her on June 16. I'm so excited, I can hardly wait.

I just bought tickets for Christy and I to go see Jeff Tweedy in Tulsa, OK on January 19. I can't tell you how much I'm looking forward to this. I start school back up that Tuesday, so this will be a perfect way to end the week.

I'm coming up to Washington tomorrow. I'd love to see you all. Looks like the best catch-up day/night for me would be Saturday, so feel free to give me a call. I'm really looking forward to spending time with my family and friends... it feels like it's been so long.

Well, I'd better get cracking on all this stuff I have to do. It's going to be a long day.

So I recently designed some shirts for TWLOHA's Stop the Bleeding Tour, and I just recieved these pictures of the Brothers Foreman (of Switchfoot fame), sporting my designs. I cannot tell you how stoked I am about it. It's a milestone, it really is. I'm not asking you to understand, just be proud for a brother.

Come on, Vox. Isn't about hight time to add Safari to your list of supported browsers? You're killing me here.

I know my current theme is shared by a couple others on my list of friends, but it's really the best, I'm sure of it. I keep weeding through all the cartoony ones in hopes of finding something simple but sharp, but this one keeps pushing its way to the front lines.

Thanksgiving break started today for Christy. Mine started last May. So far though, it's been great. Today we ate at Columbia Trader, it's a great place. Then we took a short walk downtown, and went back to her apartment. She took an online test for her physical science class, and I napped on the couch watching people's court. Later we went to see Stranger Than Fiction, a movie that we both fell in love with. It could perhaps be my favorite.

For dinner, we made an attempt at a BBQ chicken pizza. It turned out well, my only complaint was the pre-made crust that I insisted on to save time (definltey not money, the things were $2 a piece). Next time, we'll make it ourselves. It tasted something close to cardboard.

Just finished up a back porch session with my housemates, and now I'm messing around with a song in Garage Band and listening to Ray LaMontagne in between takes.

I miss you all, hope to see you soon.

I guess I need to update this thing a bit more, that is if I want the flow of comments to keep on it's way. Because we all know, blog comments validate a young man's life. These times are so insecure and frightening. Please make me brave.

I was under the impression that all things were normal again at the house, but from the downstairs living room I just heard "a-cough-a-cough." Sonofa... a certain someone better be onto bigger and better things by nightfall. We're not as mean as you think, I'd explain the situation if you were here face to face.

The weather down here has been super wishy-washy, cold one day, cold and rainy the next, and then sunny with a high of 75. Just doesn't make sense.

I've been listening to a lot of Jeff Tweedy, lots of Wilco, and even more of my good friend Isaiah Muller. Mr. Tweedy is a stellary songwriter, one of the best ever if you ask me. He's so subtle with his lyrics, but he writes them so well that you never feel like you're in the dark on anything.

Only a couple of months until I'll be a full time student again. Boy, am I dreading this. But there is no choice, this is something I've just got to finish, and then I'll be done, right?

Right.
